Nice hotel closer to the Train Station

The location is amazing. Just crossing the street from the train station. The rooms are big and spacious. The stuff was amazing helpful and nice.

The rooms can be a little bit noisy, especially the ones that are facing the main street and the bathroom window did not have any curtains, so a lot of light came through the bathroom door.

Wonderful

Location was perfect, just near the train station. Stuff was very kind and friendly. Room was large enough with safe, minibar and coffee tea set in the room. Cleanliness was average. Bar service was very good with comliments. All over it was good choice and we recommand it.

Cleanlines was just average, not more . Breakfast can be improved with some more fresh vegtables.

Perfect!

The staff were really nice and friendly. The room was so nice with a perfect balcony, where you can see most parts of Florence. Unfortunately it was rainy when we stayed here, so we cannot really enjoy the balcony. But the hotel is perfect, I personally recommend staying. Next time I will choose it again if I come to Florence!

Wonderful

Room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. Very close to the city center and to the main train station.

Only negative is that room is turned to the street where the tram passes by - being a bit noisy in the beginning of the night.

Comfortable hotel right near the centre of Florence

This hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the station but our room was at the back and we got no station noises. Staff were friendly and the reception areas are very smart.

The room was hot and the air conditioning was not very responsive. Otherwise, all good.
