Perfect!

The staff were really nice and friendly. The room was so nice with a perfect balcony, where you can see most parts of Florence. Unfortunately it was rainy when we stayed here, so we cannot really enjoy the balcony. But the hotel is perfect, I personally recommend staying. Next time I will choose it again if I come to Florence!

Wonderful

Room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. Very close to the city center and to the main train station.

Only negative is that room is turned to the street where the tram passes by - being a bit noisy in the beginning of the night.

Comfortable hotel right near the centre of Florence

This hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the station but our room was at the back and we got no station noises. Staff were friendly and the reception areas are very smart.

The room was hot and the air conditioning was not very responsive. Otherwise, all good.

The staff was incredible. Absolutely amazing customer service. Very lovely, kind, friendly and professional. Room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel management was extremely generous and kind. We will definitely come back here if we visit Florence again.

Convenient location , right opp the main train station . Room is modern design, clean . The welcome note and small complimentary gift suprised me a lot , make felt very welcomed. Staffs are very friendly and helpful as well.

The semi opaque toilet door will be a bit awkward for non couples travellers

Modern, comfortable. Great breakfast!

Very modern, has been recently updated. The rooms were spacious for a couple and nice clean bathroom. Bed was large and the bedside tables had sockets in them - not normal for an Italian hotel we soon found out! We were left lovely little gifts like chocolate and a hand written note on our arrival, and pasta on our final day.

Iron and ironing board were old, only one in the hotel to borrow so I’d expect it to be better quality. Our room looked into the main road which meant at night time the room shook with the metro passing by. We always bring earplugs and a white noise machine and were fine but bear that in mind. The location being near the station is a short walk from most places but there are groups that hang around the station late at night - we didn’t feel unsafe but they weren’t the friendliest - not the hotel’s fault of course
